AO World plc, a leading European online electrical retailer, announces that non-executive director, Luisa Delgado, will be appointed to the Board of Aryzta AG (a global food business listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and a secondary listing on the Euronext Dublin), subject to approval from the shareholders of Aryzta AG on 14 November 2019.
