As announced earlier today by Gamma Communications plc, Henrietta Marsh, who is a Non-Executive Director of discoverIE Group plc, will become a Non-Executive Director of Gamma Communications plc with immediate effect.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R).
