Synthomer plc (the "Company") announces that Neil Johnson, the Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive director of QinetiQ Group plc with effect from 2 April 2019 and will assume the role of chairman on 24 July 2019. Mr Johnson will stand down as chairman and leave the Boards of Motability Operations Group plc and Centaur Media plc on 1 April 2019 and at the end of June 2019 respectively.
