Synthomer plc announces that Calum MacLean, Chief Executive Officer, was appointed as a non-executive director of Clariant Ltd on 16 October 2018 following his nomination by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation ("SABIC") under the terms of the governance agreement between Clariant and SABIC.
Calum has been a non-executive director of SABIC since October 2017.
