Oxford, UK - January 17, 2018 - Sophos Group plc ("Sophos" or the "Company"; LSE:SOPH) announces  in compliance with its obligations under paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules, that Steve Munford, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed interim chief executive officer of Absolute Software Corporation, a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, with effect from January 15, 2018.
