Confirmation of CEO Appointment

Further to the announcement on 15 November 2017 of the intended appointment of Mr. Ian O'Doherty to succeed Mr. Chris Houghton as Chief Executive Officer of Park, Park is pleased to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has approved the appointment. FCA approval was the only condition to the appointment of Mr. O'Doherty.

Therefore, Mr. O'Doherty will take over as Chief Executive Officer on 1 February 2018 and join the Board of Park on that date.

Mr. Houghton will step down from both the Board and as Chief Executive Officer accordingly.  As previously announced, Mr. Houghton will remain in an advisory capacity until the announcement of the Company's full year results in June 2018, and he will continue to ensure an orderly handover and smooth transition.
