Change of External Auditor

Following a formal tender process, Brewin Dolphin is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as its new auditor with effect from the financial year commencing 1 October 2020. EY will conduct the audit of the Group's and Company's financial statements for the financial year to 30 September 2021. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company in February 2021.

Deloitte LLP will resign as auditor of the Company following completion of the 30 September 2020 audit.  They did not participate in the tender due to the rules on the mandatory rotation of auditors.
