Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 and the admission of Watches of Switzerland plc to the main market of the London Stock Exchange, DWF announces that it has been informed by Teresa (Tea) Colaianni that as a non executive director of Watches of Switzerland plc her directorship is now held in a publicly quoted Company.
