CHANGE OF AUDITOR

 

Sumo Group, the award-winning provider of creative and development services to the video games and entertainment industries, announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Company has appointed Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as its auditor for the year ending 31 December 2019. EY will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in June 2020, when their appointment will be subject to shareholder approval.

 

Following the conclusion of the tender process, Grant Thornton UK LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office that it considers need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors of the Company.
