In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company confirms that Helen Stevenson, Non-Executive Director (and the Company's Senior Independent Director), has been appointed to the Board of RM plc (LSE: RM) as a Non-Executive Chairman and Director with effect from the day after the date of release of the preliminary results of RM plc for the year ending 30 November 2021.
