Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading pet care business, announces that Zarin Patel, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, the ESG Committee and the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed to the Board of Hays Plc as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of its Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
