Change in Director's Details

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Stagecoach Group plc announces that it has been notified that Will Whitehorn has been appointed a non-executive director and Chairman of Craneware plc with effect from 1 January 2020. Craneware plc's shares are traded on AIM.

Will Whitehorn continues as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Stagecoach Group plc. As previously announced, Will Whitehorn will step down from the Board of Stagecoach Group plc on 30 June 2020 when he will have served nine years on the Board.
