Board Changes

Maintel Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that non-executive director Angus McCaffery has today resigned from the board to allow him more time to focus on new business ventures. Angus co-founded Maintel in 1991 and was an executive director until 2019 when he stepped back from the day-to-day business, but remained as a non-executive director to support the Board and the evolving management team.

John Booth, Chairman said:

"I would like to thank Angus for his very significant contribution to Maintel over many years, both as one of the founders of the business and for his many years as executive director helping to build revenues to where they stand today. The Board has also benefitted from his deep and incisive knowledge of the sector as a non-executive director over the last 18 months, and we wish him all the very best in his new ventures."
