Board change

Northbridge Industrial Services Plc, the industrial services and rental company, today announces the following Board change.

David Marshall, who became a Non-Executive Director of the Group shortly after Northbridge listed on AIM in 2006, has given notice that he wishes to retire from the Board at the time of the AGM on 4 June 2019.

David, through his role as a major shareholder of Western Selection Plc was also the cornerstone investor in Northbridge at the time of the IPO and was instrumental in its early successes. David served as Chairman of the Audit Committee during most of that time, only recently passing on the role to Ash Mehta.

Western Selection Plc, which has continued to invest in the Group since the IPO, remains a major and supportive long-term shareholder. Northbridge remains Western Selection Plc's main strategic investment and Western Selection Plc now holds 3,300,000 Northbridge shares (11.83%).

The Group has taken steps in recent times to refresh the Board with the appointment of Nitin Kaul and Judith Aldersey-Williams as independent Non-Executive Directors.  No further appointments to the Board are currently envisaged.
