Further to the announcements of 17 February 2021, 12 April 2021 and 4 May 2021, Imperial Brands PLC confirms that Oliver Tant stepped down from the Board as at close of business on 18 May 2021 and that Lukas Paravicini was today appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
