Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Moore as a Non- Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mark has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.

Mark has held a number of manufacturing and general management roles, within Morgan Advanced Materials plc between 2004 and 2014 where he was a director of their Thermal Products Global Business, before moving on to other senior roles within Princess Yachts, the National Composites Centre and latterly as European Operations director for the packaging business of Essentra plc.

Mark's extensive and relevant background will reinforce Churchill's strengths in manufacturing and technical innovation and help to guide the business' overall strategy in these areas.
