Appointment of an Executive Director
Haynes is pleased to announce that Harvey Wolff, Senior Vice President of Haynes North America, was appointed to the Board of Directors on 18 July 2019. Harvey re-joined Haynes in January 2019, having formerly served as Haynes North America Vice President of Sales until 2010 and more recently working as a senior sales executive for the global automotive filter manufacturer, Champion Laboratories Inc.
There are no further disclosures required in connection with Harvey Wolff's appointment under Listing Rules 9.6.13(1) - (6).
