Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC ('BASC' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasper Judd as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 October 2022. He will also join the Audit Committee and hold the position of Audit Chair Designate with effect from the same date.
Jasper Judd has been a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) since 1987 and is currently the Audit & Risk Committee Chairman at JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust PLC (since Jan 2015) and Audit Committee Chairman at Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (since Dec 2016; NED since Feb 2016).
Previously, Jasper had a long career, including ten years at ASX/LSE dual-listed Brambles Ltd/Brambles Industries PLC, where he held senior finance and strategy roles and was a member of the Group Executive Committee for five years and Group Risk Committee for eight years.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no further details to be disclosed in relation to Jasper Judd.
