Appointment of Director

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), pleased to confirm the appointment of Dr Luo Wei as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

 

Dr Luo Wei, aged 45, is a geologist with 23 years of experience who has worked in senior engineer positions for the past 12 years in a variety of locations. He has experience in the discovery and exploration of precious, nonferrous and base metal mineral resources internationally, including the DRC, Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Pakistan, South-East Asia and China. Dr Luo Wei has a PhD. in Geology from the Central South University of Changsha, China and is currently Director (non-board) of Mineral Resources at Yibin Tianyi Lithium Technology Innovation Co., Ltd.

As required under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Dr Luo Wei has held the following directorships and/or partnerships in the past five years:

Dr Luo Wei has been nominated a director of the Company by Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou TA&A") which has the right, pursuant to the recently completed subscription, to appoint one director to serve on the boards of Premier, Zulu Lithium Mauritius Limited, and Zulu Lithium Private limited. Suzhou TA&A has an interest of 13.38% in the issued share capital of the Company. Dr Luo Wei holds no ordinary shares in the Company. 

 

There is no further information on Dr Luo Wei required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
