Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Van Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Robert James Campbell as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Campbell will commence the role and join the Board in early 2020.
Mr Campbell, aged 44 is currently Group Financial Controller of Severfield plc, the UK's market-leading structural steel company and one of the largest structural steel businesses in Europe.
Mr Campbell qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and has subsequently spent his career in senior finance functions across a range of industrial businesses, including latterly as Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX-listed international engineering services business Engenco.
Mr Campbell will replace Paul Pearson, who, as announced on 8 May 2019, resigned from the position and will leave the business at the end of October 2019. Accordingly, the Board has appointed a sector-experienced interim finance director to ensure an adequate handover from Mr Pearson and to cover the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer pending Mr Campbell's arrival early next year.
