Appointment of Berenberg as Joint Broker
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG, "Shearwater"), the digital resilience group that provides cyber security and managed security services to help assure and secure businesses, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Berenberg joint broker with immediate effect. Cenkos will continue to act as Nominated Advisor and joint broker to Shearwater.
