Scrip Dividend Reference Price

Further to the Company's announcement on 24 January 2018 declaring a dividend of £0.01375 per Sterling Share and €0.01375 per Euro Share, and the publication of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular on 24 October 2017 (the "Circular"), the Company further announces the following Scrip Reference Prices to enable Shareholders to calculate their individual scrip dividend entitlement:

£1.12750 per Sterling Share; and

€1.10200 per Euro Share,

being the average mid-market quotation of the Euro Shares and Sterling Shares on the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange over five trading days following and including the relevant ex-dividend date (1 February 2018 to 7 February 2018).

Accordingly, a shareholder electing for the scrip dividend option rather than a cash dividend would receive approximately one new ordinary share of the corresponding class for every 82 Sterling Shares or 80 Euro Shares, respectively, registered in such shareholder's name on the Record Date.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Circular.
