Increase in Target Dividend

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces an increase to its target dividend under the Company's dividend policy, whereby the Company will target a dividend of 4.5 pence per sterling share / 4.5 cents per Euro share for the next 12 months. The increase to the Company's target dividend replaces the Company's previous dividend target of 4 pence per sterling share / 4 cents per Euro share announced on 24 April 2020. This increase will take effect from the next dividend declaration date and the distribution policy will be kept under review as performance and market conditions dictate.
