Fourth Quarter Dividend

 

Yew Grove REIT plc (LSE:YEW, Euronext Dublin:YEW), an Irish commercial property REIT which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, announces that the Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim ordinary dividend in respect of the fourth quarter 2019 period from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 of 1.04 cents per ordinary share. This dividend will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on 19 March 2020 to shareholders on the register on 21 February 2020 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 20 February 2020. The Property Income Distribution ("PID") element of this interim ordinary dividend is 1.04 cents per ordinary share.

This interim ordinary dividend is consistent with the Company's target of paying a sustainable quarterly dividend out of net income and brings the total aggregate year to date dividend distribution per ordinary share to 6.75 cents.
