First Dividend Declaration

22 September 2022

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared the first interim dividend of 1 penny per Ordinary Share for the period ended 30 June 2022 (the "First Dividend"). 

The First Dividend will be paid on 28 October 2022 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 October 2022 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 6 October 2022.

The Company is targeting an aggregate dividend of at least 2 pence per Ordinary Share in its first financial year ending 31 December 2022, rising to 4 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 and, thereafter, a progressive dividend.
