Dividend Declaration
The Company announces an interim dividend of 1.5p per share in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2019, the same level as the dividend paid in respect of the same period last year. The whole of the dividend will be designated as an interim property income distribution. This dividend will be paid on 22 November 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 8 November 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2019.
The Board is targeting aggregate quarterly dividends of at least 6.0p per share in respect of the year ending 30 September 2019*. At the current share price of 80.5p this would represent an annualised dividend yield of 7.5%.
