DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
AA plc, the UK's leading provider of roadside assistance, announced its results for the year ended 31 January 2019 on 3 April 2019 and proposed a final dividend of 1.4p per share, for which the key dates are as follows:
· Ex-dividend date: 9 May 2019
· Record date: 10 May 2019
· Last day to elect for the Dividend Re-Investment Programme (DRIP): 24 May 2019
· Payment date: 17 June 2019
The dividend is subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2019.
