Dividend Declaration

 

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, announces that its board of directors has recommended the payment of a final dividend comprising 6.0 cents per share plus an additional one-off 2.0 cents per share.

 

Together with the interim dividend paid in October 2018, this totals 12.2 cents per share for the year.

 

Subject to shareholder approval of the final dividend at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 21 May 2019, the board of directors has approved a record date of 29 March 2019 and a payment date of 23 May 2019. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 28 March 2019.

 

Holders of shares may elect to reinvest their final dividend*. The latest election date is 5 April 2019.

Holders of shares in certificated form and those holders of depositary interests will receive the dividend in pounds sterling. Conversion between the declared USD rate and GBP will take place on 15 May 2019.
