Q4 2018 Dividend Declaration

 

 

Regional REIT Limited (LSE: RGL), the regional real estate investment specialist focused on building a diverse portfolio of income producing core and core plus assets, today announces its Q4 2018 dividend.

The Company will pay a dividend of 2.50 pence per share ("pps") for the period 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2018. The dividend payment will be made on 11 April 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 1 March 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 28 February 2019. The entire dividend will be paid as a REIT property income distribution ("PID").

This fourth quarter dividend marks the Company's successful achievement of its annual distribution target, having paid a dividend of 1.85pps for each of the first three quarters of 2018.

In respect of the financial year 2018 Regional REIT has declared dividends amounting to 8.05pps. This increase of 2.5% from the 2017 full year dividend of 7.85pps has been made in accordance with the Company's intention to pursue a progressive dividend policy.

The level of future payment of dividends will be determined by the Board having regard to, among other things, the financial position and performance of the Group at the relevant time, UK REIT requirements and the interests of Shareholders.
