Share Purchases by Chief Executive

 

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces Philippe Hamers, Chief Executive, has across yesterday and today purchased a total of 9,717 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 574 pence per share, for a total consideration of £55,800.

 

Following these purchases, Mr Hamers is beneficially interested in 217,717 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
