Implementation of Company Share Option Plan, Initial Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces the implementation of the Warpaint London PLC Company Share Option Plan adopted by the Company on 20 May 2020 ("CSOP") and the grant of options ("Options") on 20 May 2020 over a total of 454,686 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the CSOP.
The CSOP has been established to incentivise employees to increase shareholder value over the long term.
Included within the 454,686 Options granted are the following to Sally Craig, General Counsel & Company Secretary and other PDMRs of the Company as part of their annual remuneration and incentivisation packages:

The remaining 342,580 Options granted have been awarded to members of the Company's workforce. The Options are excercisable at 49.5 pence per Ordinary Share from 20 May 2023 to 20 May 2030.
Following these grants the total number of options in issue over Ordinary Shares is 4,542,988.
