Exercise of Share Options

04 November 2020 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that on 03 November 2020 it issued 44,118 ordinary shares of £0.00125 each ("Ordinary Shares") following an exercise of options under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan. The options were exercised by Fraser McDonald, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, at an exercise price of £0.00125 per Ordinary Share.

Application will be made for the 44,118 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and dealings are expected to commence on or around 09 November 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have 51,272,376 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has no shares in treasury, therefore the figure of 51,272,376 should be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Upon Admission, Mr McDonald will be beneficially interested in 44,118 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
