Sigma Capital Group plc, the private rented sector, residential development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that it was notified, that on 16 May 2019, that Jim McMahon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 41,203 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 117 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mr McMahon holds 41,203 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
