SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces the following dealings by certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 31 December 2019:
Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49.90 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is now 447,511 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Garth Palmer, Chief Financial Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 34,856 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Palmer's total interest in the Company is now 256,186 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Charles Trigg, Technical Director of SigmaRoc, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Trigg's total interest in the Company is now 153,645 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.
