Accrol (AIM: ACRL), the UK's leading independent tissue convertor, announces that Gareth Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer, has advised the Company that he has transferred 3,741,346 shares in the Company ("Shares") in which he was the direct beneficial owner to his wife, Susan Jenkins.
The total number of Shares owned and deemed to be under the control of Gareth Jenkins remains unchanged at 4,265,632.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
