Director Share Purchase
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 5 February 2018, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 23,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 171.5 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 4,109,129 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.86% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 220,352,402 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
