Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 5 October 2020, David Johnson, Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 104.996 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Johnson now holds an interest in 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
