Exercise of Options, Director Dealing Notification
and
Total Voting Rights
finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), today announces that Stuart Andrews, a director of the Company, has exercised options over 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.06 per share under the Group Share Incentive Plan. The Company has today issued shares to satisfy the exercise.
Following this exercising of options Stuart Andrews has a beneficial interest over 3,878,334 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.30 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company, and has options over 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares.
Following the issue of these 600,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 168,830,089 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 600,000 Ordinary Shares issued. It is anticipated that admission to trading of, and dealings in, the Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM on or around 13 March 2019.
