Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 16 March 2023 that Simon Thomas, Non-executive Director, has sold 17,200 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 814 pence per Ordinary Share, and then subsequently bought 17,200 shares into the Thomas Family Directors Pension Scheme, of which he is a joint beneficiary and therefore a person closely associated ("PCA") with Simon Thomas, at a price of 814.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Simon Thomas's direct interest in the Company becomes 1,392,800 Ordinary Shares representing 4.63 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
