The Company was notified that Sutardja Family LLC, a PCA with Sehat Sutardja, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.941375 per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Sutardja Family LLC's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 93,752,426 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
