Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions:
Stephen Welker, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that:
· on 22 September 2022 he acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company (each a "Share") for an aggregated price of £0.165831 each; and
· on 23 September 2022 he acquired 312,500 Shares for an aggregated price of £0.16606.
Following the purchase, Stephen Welker holds an aggregate of 4,045,850 Shares, of which 189,268 Shares are held in his own name and 3,856,582 Shares are held by Beechenbrook Holdings LLC of which Stephen Welker is the sole owner.
The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
