Prime People (AIM: PRP) announces that it has been notified that Simon Crabb, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, on 10 January 2022, acquired 18,729 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 76.35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Crabb beneficially holds 141,539 Ordinary Shares representing 1.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
