Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that, on Tuesday 21 December 2021, Marcus Weldon, Non-Executive Director of Bango, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of $2.60 (£1.90) per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase") via US OTC markets.

 

Following the Purchase, Mr Weldon has a beneficial interest in 11,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the total issued share capital of Bango.
