Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified on 17 December 2021, that on the same day, Jonathan Glasspool, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jonathan Glasspool is interested in 382,857 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
