The Company announces that it was notified on 9 November 2021 by Connie Mixon, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, that on 9 November 2021 she purchased 24,000 Common Shares at a price of £0.60 per Common Share. Following this transaction, she continues to be interested in 2,514,469 Common Shares representing 12.93 per cent of the present issued capital of the Company and in 413,017 options over the Company's Common Shares.
The aggregate number of Common Shares held by Ms. Mixon also includes (a) 150,000 shares held by limited liability companies controlled by Ms. Mixon; (b) 202,646 shares held by or on behalf of Ms. Mixon's children; and (c) 10,000 shares which are held by the estate of her late husband Mark Mixon as a custodian.
