Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 14 October 2021 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 5,210 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 190.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,591,165 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.64 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
