Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 19 May 2021
Richard Hutton, acquired 27,041 Shares by exercising an option granted on 19 May 2017 pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan.
The grant was made at an option price of £nil per Share and was subject to performance conditions which were subsequently achieved.
