The Company has been informed that, on 8 April 2021, Aine Kelly, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 6,000 ordinary shares of 10p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 5,000 ordinary shares were bought at a price of 461p per share and 1,000 ordinary shares were bought at a price of 461.92p per share.
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Aine Kelly is beneficially interested in 16,000 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.01% of the Company's voting rights.
