Anemoi announces that it has received notice that on 28 April 2021 Duncan Soukup, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.059 per Ordinary Share. This brings Mr Soukup's total holding in the Company to 7,025,142 Ordinary Shares representing 19.5% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company
