Director/PDMR Shareholding
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 4 November 2020, Roger Maddock, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 169.99 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Roger Maddock holds 303,461 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
